Matthew P. Cheng
Matt is an infectious disease specialist and medical microbiologist by training. Previously, Matt joined the McGill University Health Center as a clinician-scientist, where his research program produced over 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts and has been published in leading scientific journals. Matt obtained an M.D. from McGill University and an S.M. from the Harvard School of Public Health. He also completed post-doctoral fellowship training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where his research was patented and licensed to Eurofins. He has received a number of accolades, including the Terry Fox Humanitarian Award.
